Blackcurrant cannibalism

I don't know whether you've all heard of Ribena, but it's basically a blackcurrant-flavoured concentrate (or so they say, but it's pretty much just sugar-flavoured, if you ask me) that you dilute in water. It's supposed to be good for you. Vitamin C and all that.
Anyway, if you've ever seen Ribena-berry ads...

...you'll note that their mascots are...yes, Little Blackcurrants with Limbs. If you look really closely at the one on the far left, you'll see that it is wearing absolutely nothing but a fig leaf covering its (nonexistent) genitalia. I say nonexistent because anything that can be covered by a fig leaf that small is basically nonexistent.
Now, not only does this have religious connotations, in that these Ribenaberries are presented as Adam and Eve equivalents and are therefore promoting themselves as some kind of Holy Beverage, but it is Totally Promoting Cannibalism. You see those little ribenaberries in the background at the table? Know what they're drinking? RIBENA. What is ribena? Blackcurrant juice. And WHAT ARE THE RIBENABERRIES? BLACKCURRANTS.
It's cannibalism, I tell you. Ribena is the antichrist.
Of course, now Ribena's gone all politically correct, and their mascot has now undergone androgynous sex change...

...and now looks more like a bowling ball than anything else. You'll also notice that the fig leaf is gone (as are their legs, incidentally), and that they have sprouted antennae. I can't think which is worse - antichrist blackcurrants or bowling balls that can receive Cable TV.
Also I do not understand why they are called "blackcurrants" but are quite obviously purple.
Anyway, on a completely different note, an opportunity has come knocking, and it is an opportunity that I will forever regret not taking if I don't take it. So I am taking it. This is going to cause a lot of problems with quite a few people, but sometimes, you just have to live for the moment.
And one more thing: opportunity knocking is not to be mistaken for temptation kicking the door in. That will be all for today.
