Daily banality?
Bloody hell. I just had the hardest Literature exam I've ever sat. And this was the one that COUNTED, too. Of all the poems I studied this year, I was only unsure of TWO. And as my fantastic luck would have it, one of those TWO came out for the context question. Damn it all to hell.
Well I'm in absolutely no mood to write an intellectual treatise on whether knowledge is finite right now, so you will have to content yourselves with daily banality. Louise made a rather interesting suggestion over lunch just now that I map the idleThinK readership population, by finding a large map and putting little dots on countries where I have had/still have readers. The most obscure countries I've had hits from are (in no particular order) Seychelles, Trinidad and Tobago, and Estonia. So I think I might do that, at some point. Should be fun, anyway. So if you're from a far off and distant country reading this, feel free to leave a comment so I won't deprive your country of its idleThinK dot :P
Anyway, damn and blast literature exams to hell. Looking forward (not) to a quiet and studious Friday evening at home. History exam on Tuesday.
