There *is* a God, and he's mighty pissed

Hand of God, indeed. Anyway, I am extremely ill. I am having trouble swallowing, my throat is swollen, the base of my neck and head-neck joint is throbbing and achey, and I have a monster of a headache. If there is indeed a God, and this illness of mine is a product of his Grand Design, I have a few things I would like to say to him. See above picture for details.
