Impregnation
I am doing philosophy at university. I wonder if this will obliterate any semblance of original thought I have, lassoing in my idle cognitive deviations into mainstream Philosophical Thinking, like stray sheep into a pen. I shall be water poured into an ice tray, and my mind solidified into pre-existing convention. I shall begin arguing with arguments that are not mine; thinking thoughts thought by revered philosophers whom I shall never meet; writing with words that have been implanted, about issues, concepts and thoughts that I did not conceive. I shall be impregnated with conventional thought.
My mind shall be raped by Warwick's equivalent of Philosophy 101.
I wonder if the child will look like me.
