It's on the tip of my tongue
This patient appears to suffer from a dangerous psychological condition symptomized by a chronic inability to recall a word, despite vein-popping brain-exploding mental exertions. Other symptoms include: antisocial tendencies (patient is known for repeatedly shouting "shutupshutup I'm trying to remember the word, it's on the tip of my tongue, shut UP"), obsessive compulsive disorders (patient becomes obsessed with recalling the elusive word) and threat of physical violence to others and to oneself (patient may bang his/her head upon inanimate objects in frustration, or inflict pain upon others to alleviate his/her own frustrations), resulting in temporary insanity.
There are no expedient cures for this disease, but in the medium-long-term, attempts should be made to discover what word the patient is trying to remember (Literature/photography term, it means "layers", like "juxtaposition", starts with M, the word is used in plays as well, dammit dammit dammit, what IS it??). In the meantime, the patient should be considered dangerous. Proceed with extreme caution.
