A beleaguered update

It remains still a mystery to me why one-pound and two-pound coins have to weigh as much as they do. Surely coins are merely a representation of value, and therefore don't actually have to be that hefty. Surely the thinnest disc of metal would suffice. And then the spare metal remaining could be used to make a tractor for agriculturally-inclined nations, and we would have no more famine. It seems like a win-win to me.

Spent the weekend in an appallingly expensive London (Alan J - I tried to call you, check your email! :P). At no less than five instances over the weekend, I became terminally convinced I had misplaced my phone/wallet/money/bank card/bag/shirt/head. Something must be Done about my memory.

(Or lack thereof).

First day as Production Editor of the Warwick Boar (campus newspaper). Working hours are already beginning to prove deleterious for my weekend social life.

Yes, it has been a long weekend, and I am tired. I am unable to muster the little neural workers to dazzle you witih my wit, and for this, I apologize.
