Being a frog, Frog had never before experienced irony, which is a phenomenon that happens to the best of us humans. And so, there is a satisfying feeling of retribution involved in informing you, dear readers, that on that diffident day in Spring, while springing over a little spring, Frog suddenly and abruptly, without any special reason whatsoever, completely lost his spring, and fell into the spring.
