Disgusted observation
The Dark Ages are long past; the Age of Reason kicked into historical dust. Even the Age of Dotcoms burst like the delicate bubble it was. We live now in the Age Of Spin, where our politicians bluster breezily about their great plans for the country and are elected based on their blustering; where people purchase Nike and Sony just because it is Nike and Sony; where journalists fret and worry over the sensationalist angle of their stories, rather than presenting the true facts; and most distressing of all, where the photo of the sandwich on the menu looks absolutely nothing like the sandwich on the plate in front of the boy on the computer opposite me. In my most humble, no-spin opinion, he should ask for his money back, and sue for misrepresentation. Yes.
