Deficiencies of the English language
There's too much of a chasm between "I like you" and "I love you", and I won't be having with all that "I like-you like-you" silliness.
Also, pronouns. There's "he" and "she", but nothing generic and sexless, and the world's heard enough of "the shadowy figure" and "the faceless stranger" from all the mediocre fiction writers, thanks. Anyone who knows the procedures for getting a word invented, please let me know.
